Behind Netz Energy stands a French engineering group active since the early 2010s on the energy and environmental performance of professional real estate. The group operates four complementary lines in France — strategy and audit, regulatory advisory, technical engineering and energy-investment piloting — with sister companies covering general contracting, technical maintenance and rooftop photovoltaic.
What this means for our UAE clients: every recommendation we make is back-tested against a portfolio of operating real estate that we and our sister teams already manage in Europe. Our protocols, our calibration models, our retro-Cx playbooks and our M&V templates are not theoretical — they have been refined on real assets, real BMS, real operating budgets, for more than a decade.
