EV Charging Feasibility & Design Advisory UAE
EV charging for commercial, logistics and hospitality assets: load studies, sizing, network architecture and PV integration.
Overview
We design EVCI that respects building electrical capacity, future fleet growth and optional PV coupling: from concept through AMO / Owner’s Engineer supervision.

Outcomes
- Load study & phased capacity plan
- Network architecture & OCPP readiness
- PV + EV synergy scenarios
- Tender-ready specifications
Deliverables
- 01Load & demand study
- 02EVCI concept design
- 03BoQ and specs
- 04Supervision plan (AMO)
How the engagement works
- Define expected users, vehicle dwell times and the service level needed for each parking area.
- Check electrical capacity, distribution constraints, load management and provision for future expansion.
- Prepare an implementation brief covering equipment requirements, operation, accessibility and approval responsibilities.
What to prepare
- Parking layout, available electrical capacity and existing distribution drawings.
- Expected fleet or visitor demand, ownership arrangements and operational responsibilities.

Questions about this service
Do all spaces need rapid charging?
No. Charging power should match dwell time, vehicle demand and available capacity. Over-sizing can increase infrastructure cost without improving the user experience.
Can charging be coordinated with rooftop solar?
Yes, where timing and electrical architecture support it. We assess combined demand and generation profiles, including periods when charging must be supplied by the grid.
